General Terms & Conditions – Cape Trib Horse Rides Pty Ltd

  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Weight limit is strictly 95kg – no exceptions.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time.
  • No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiting the tour without refund.
  • All riders must arrive 30 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and gear fitting.
  • Tour times, routes, and conditions may change due to weather or safety requirements at the discretion of Cape Trib Horse Rides.

By booking, you agree to these terms and understand that horse riding involves inherent risks. Your safety and comfort, along with the welfare of our horses, are our top priorities.

Absolutely incredible experience! Riding through the lush Daintree rainforest and then out onto the beach was unforgettable. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable, no matter their riding experience. It was obvious how well they care for the horses, which made the ride even more enjoyable. Most of all the scenery was unreal. One of the best things I’ve done in Far North Queensland — highly recommend!

A magical experience! Beautiful horses who behaved so well with the beginners on our trip. The guides were outstanding - monitoring the behaviour of the horses, offering assistance as required, and pointing out many interesting plants/wildlife through the rainforest. Highly recommend.
