Cape Trib Horse Rides Cancellation Policy and Terms...

General Terms & Conditions – Cape Trib Horse Rides Pty Ltd

  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Cancellations must be in writing via email within the cancellation time period, your booking will be refunded minus a $20 administrative fee.
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Weight limit is strictly 95kg – no exceptions.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time.
  • No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiting the tour without refund.
  • All riders must arrive 30 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and gear fitting.
  • The ride is at a WALK ONLY pace – you will not be able to trot or canter on the day regardless of riding experience.
  • Tour times, routes, and conditions may change due to weather or safety requirements at the discretion of Cape Trib Horse Rides. We cannot guarantee walking in the water – this depends on the tides, weather, riders’ ability and that decision is up to the guide leading the tour on the day.

By booking, you agree to these terms and understand that horse riding involves inherent risks. Your safety and comfort, along with the welfare of our horses, are our top priorities.

Had such an amazing experience through the mountains and beach on the 90 minute trail. Both staff and horses are great I rode Ash, he is such a sweetheart. The experience was everything I expected

The trip was what we expected. A nice walk on the beach. The horses are really well trained and just lovely. The guides fed us with interesting infos about the forest during the ride. All good, 5 stars 😊

A huge thanks to Cape Trib Horse Rides. This was a bucket list item and it exceeded expectations. The horses are well kept, the setting spectacularly and the guides were careful and patient. From someone who was very tentative about horses, l felt relaxed and at ease. I enjoyed the whole experience. Special thanks to Jerry and Halley!

2nd time round doing this horse riding, amazing tour guides beautiful quiet horses and pleasant scenery and walk along the beach, horses matched with guests appropriately and got to mingle with the other horses upon arriving back at the stables after the ride which was nice to end the experience 😀 highly recommended
