No. With experienced guides on every ride, you have nothing to worry about on your beachside horse ride. Occasionally you may encounter some of the Daintree’s amazing animals, but can be managed by our ever-keen guides.

- Do I Need To Worry About The Weather?
Cape Tribulation is in the heart of Queensland’s Tropical zone, so wild weather can sometimes occur. Summertime can get hot, so bring along some sunnies and sunscreen for safety. Occasionally, during the more extreme conditions of the Daintree’s wet season, beach horse rides may be cancelled. As the tropics can experience extreme rainy conditions and high tides, this is done to ensure the safety of our riders and horses.
- What Should I Bring?
Our horses are equipped with saddlebags; so if you want to bring a camera or your swimming gear, go right ahead! Water bottles are also a good idea, especially during summer. Make sure you’ve got closed-in footwear and you’ll be ready to ride.
